In general, once again, the system: laptop, W10, Miracast for hardware is fully supported (with HDCP). After connecting, there was a problem with a black screen, a “live” cursor and a “dead” sound on TV, traffic from the system to the TV goes (though some kind of abnormal). MS support made a helpless gesture, any updates / reinstallations of drivers did not give anything (except for information in the “Driver Events” something not entirely clear about the success and completeness of the driver installation). Nothing helped, not any dances with tambourines. everything is the same on TV: black screen, no sound. Only reinstalling the system cleanly helped. BUT after some time (maybe 3-4 months), as a result of the standard activity of the “Update Center”. installing various kinds of updates. again the same.

Miracast projection is very sensitive to the distance to the TV (from a laptop at least). For example, when connecting from 1 meter. everything is fine, from 3 meters. the connection MAY take a little longer, sometimes there may be jambs and brakes with a picture on TV, from 4-5 meters. connection every other time, the picture is often terrible (well, that is as if Miracast calculates the distance to the receiver and sets the broadcast codec to super-minimal).
If a DLNA server is running on the laptop router-TV network, when Miracast is connected, TV first disconnects from the DLNA server (seen on TV by the icons), and only then connects the Miracast translator to itself, if everything is fine, then this trigger switch to TV should work clearly.
Also noticed (when broadcasting from 4-5 meters):

I contacted a Microsoft engineer. he did not find errors in the system, rummaged for an hour and a half and threw up his hands. After some of his manipulations, the PC rebooted again and the communication session with the engineer was no longer restored. After that, he continued on his own. Of course, there was nothing new on Google, of course, but in the end the situation was cured (immediately) by the following:
1. In the Device Manager, UPDATE THE CHIPSET DRIVERS.
2. Delete (ibid.) Everything that can be connected to Miracast / WiDi and Wi-Fi. drivers, controllers, enumerators (enumerators), etc., do not forget IWD Bus Enumerator.
3. Reboot to install “Microsoft Basic Video Adapter”

After everything. what I learned on this topic, after talking with two MS engineers, I come to the following conclusion: so far, system and driver updates in the system do not always fit into the system consistently, they stand up crookedly, which immediately affects the performance of Miracast, although neither the system nor engineers often do not find mistakes. The reason for such possible dampness and curvature is that manufacturers do not write new drivers for obsolete (in their opinion) drivers, and Microsoft barely has time to test assemblies, at least for relatively new and relevant devices.
